Millcreek Real Estate

Most of the homes here were built between 1950 and 1970, with some newer construction as well. You’ll find larger lots in this area compared to other parts of Salt Lake City, giving you a bit more space between you and your neighbors. Most of the real estate options here are detached houses, but there are a few condos and townhomes.

The Locals

Anyone looking to be close to the mountains will love it here, especially since the area features more yard space while still offering easy access to the freeway. The public schools here are part of the Granite School District, attracting many parents looking for high-performing schools for their children to attend.

Our Local Tip: Not many people know about the no-dog area at Tanner Park, which you can access at the corner of 2870 East and 2850 South.
