Not every type of marketing will work for your home and budget. Here are a few of the questions we’ll answer together to help you determine your marketing package:

3. Our Flexible Fees

Our selling fees are just as customizable as our services. After we determine the right selling approach and marketing package, we will present you with a number of negotiable brokerage fee structures that can be customized to fit your needs.

Our team can also cover the upfront costs (up to 3% of your home’s estimated sales price) needed to prepare your home for the market. This can include repairs, staging, and other services that our team will arrange, manage, and pay for using our preferred vendors. The costs are reimbursed to our team from the proceeds of your home sale with zero interest, hidden fees, or price mark-ups. Through this program, our sellers don’t have to worry about finding extra money to get their home ready for the market, and their homes typically sell faster!
