Getting Around

For the most part, residents of Park City depend on cars to travel to nearby attractions. However, the downtown core is quaint and compact, meaning pedestrians can easily traverse the main streets by foot.

With several E-Bike stations installed across Park City, quick and easy travel across paved pathways makes getting around a breeze.

Park City also touts a terrific bus system, transporting riders around downtown and to a huge number of exciting destinations close by. The best part is, the buses are clean, free, and almost 100% electric!

The Homes

Typically a mix of updated and rustic cabin-esque architecture dominates the design of most Park City homes. The vast diversity of vibrant colors and wood panelling gives the homes here a fun and playful feel, while lux modern ski chalets are also commonly found in the area.

Looking at the most recent housing trends in the area, it’s safe to say that homes in Park City are a hot commodity. Coming off of the most active third quarter in over 15 years and with active inventory levels at an eight-year-low, we see that homes on the market are moving quickly and at higher-than-usual prices.
